I tried searching the archives without much success as to the source
of my confusion and the name "Douglas" came to mind. Was he
Canadian??
I've added your e-mail address to my list so you should get through
without any interference.
As for the dates, here's the source of that from the story, " Make
sure that every Thursday night you eat some dates and give some
to any needy person, and tell the story of Mushkil Gusha." Dates
represent for me a spirit of hospitality (sharing food).
Again sorry for the confusion.
