thank you so much for your response. It didn't fall on deaf ears! When
I first read it the day after you wrote it, I wanted to write back, but
didn't have the time at that moment to compose a thoughtful reply, so
decided to come back to this thread later. Days go by so quickly!
I reflect often on these thoughts and ideas that we've discussed here.
Probably more importantly, I'm learning to quiet my brain now and then
and just be mindful of the present moment. That's been a big lesson.
I've finally realized I don't have to wait for any event, job, or
opportunity to let my life 'move on' from this stuckness. I can just
appreciate what I have. (that's another thing I tell myself often
lately, so perhaps I've even written it in an early response as well!)
I also started dabbling in the essence/personality descriptions. It is
certainly a lot of information. I'll have to proceed with caution :)
it's easy to get wrapped up in these things and try to learn it all at
once. I'm still just loving the experience of being more mindful of
myself and the other person when I have conversations.
