Hi, Anonymous. Great question. First, don't fight your thinking. Let it be. Just notice it. See it for what it is: which is "just thinking." You have thinking. We all have thinking. It has a life of its own in us, and we can't force it. But we can "t'ai chi" it, without forcing it, simply through seeing it for what it is and going on with your awarenesses. Before long, by practicing being aware of it, accepting it, and recognizing it for what it is, thinking may begin to give you less trouble when you are having awarenesses. Let me know how it goes.

I've gone ahead and posted one of the advanced classes, called "Kinderthinking," in the Kindergarten. You might take a look at this for some more ideas on this subject.
