Welcome Anne,

....and congratulations on being strong enough at such a young age to
'stay' with yourself and your perceptions.

It seems that I have leaned on the 4 'F's' - feeding, fighting,
flighting, and f......, as my main way of coping and surviving, until I
woke up somewhat late in life. I realised 'maybe there is something I
don't know', some way of being that I have yet to 'learn', something
different that might even be better than all I know so far.

I guess I just got plain old dissatisfied, tired, and somewhat
exhausted with trying to rearrange and manipulate the world/people so
that I seemed to remain in control.

I am now practising 'listening' to the world/people and even more
importantly listening to myself and the *silence*.

So I remain practising, practising, practising until tuning in to the
Universe becomes a more natural part of my life.
