Hi again:
I should like to make a brief reference to my apology, such as it was. In that regard, I seem to have put printer to paper prematurely
for I have continued to mull the ethics over which is usually an indication that the issue wasn’t sufficiently mulled over in the first
place. I don’t imagine this muddle is going to get any clearer. I find myself in the realm of cultural experience, without being certain
that I can define the word “culture”. I am thinking of something that is in the common pool of humanity, into which individuals and
groups may contribute, and from which we all may draw if we have somewhere to put what we find. Cultural ethics are also nebulous save
in blatant instances such as plagiarism. Nevertheless, principles of mutuality, reparation, reciprocity, and much to that effect appear to
be inherent in the cultural contract, a contract we signed, in all innocence, with an inky foot print.
Thanks for the welcome
Douglas
