Hi coach and mates!
I'm off the army duty now. I'm free!!!
I know nobody's here now but anyway, I say hallo so you know I'm still
here "playing the game" with you.

Coach, I remember you've pointed out a post you've sent to someone to
find I job he likes the most. If you have the time these few weeks
please post me few tips on the topic.

I am kind of stuck in my mindfulness practice now. I know the spirit is
still here but it's like I need a push or a specific exercise to do.
Enlighten me on this if you can coach.
