Hello Class:

This below is a quote, but I will not mention the persons name here at
this time so that the words my stand on there own. I personally
find, “I don’t know” as has been expressed how to prove whether or not
there is a “doG”. But I find it much easier as well as practical
for “me” to be about practicing observing my essential “Self” which
brakes this thing that’s been stated as “Essence” down to a much more
observable reality. What we seem to some what agree on around here is
this thing called “Mindfulness”, that from my “taste” is an objective
view of at least a small piece of this thing we don’t seem to know much
about.

“The essential Self is an objective reality, but it cannot be known in
a state of sleep, any more than the ordinary facts of reality can be
known in a dream.”

Love

lou
