Hey there,
This is a great coaching. I spent last week in NYC and the
reverberations of the bombing of the WTC is everywhere. Many are in
reaction to the event, in reaction to other reactions to the event.
Some of my friends are stunned and depressed, others are cynical about
the real grief that many feel.

I'm not wishing to provoke anyone, but I attended Yom Kippur services a
couple of weeks ago. One of the meditations is bascially an
acknowledgement that no one gets to choose when or how they die. And as
we think of this, it helps us to refocus ourselves on our lives --
lives that the meditation suggests are made more meaningful by attuning
oneself to what is important in life and to performing acts of
lovingkindness.

We are all blessed with life, it is wonderful to study with you all in
order to make life more peaceful, full, and beautiful.
