Should I just act as if the stinger Sally gave me didn't hurt? That's
affectation and manipulation, isn't it? I know from personal experience
that stinging anyone in return (especially dictators) just stirs up the
muck more and always makes things worse. That remark about the chill

hope not. I knew you and everyone would see it for what it was---a
stinger in reply to a wound. I disagree that it was a knee jerk
reaction for I didn't post for two weeks and was quite content to blow
it off as rat's feet over broken glass as I eagerly looked forward to
your Wheelbook Jigsaw Puzzle posts. I did read Sally's fight with
Douglas and her recent posts in class and frankly I didn't notice
much "love" essence in any of her posts. As you indicated in the
opening lessons of the Kindergarten, Mindfulness Training in general is
a feckless enterprise if one isn't willing to make LOVE the foundation
of all other work. I just haven't seen that spirit of Love in her posts
and so yes---I went too far. But maybe she does Need a chill pill or
better yet a full Gulp of potion from the bottle labeled LOVE POTION
#9?
